Dear Sir or Madam:

On November 27, 2012, Entergy submitted a Seismic Walkdown Report (Reference 1) for River Bend Station (RBS) which provided the current status and results of plant seismic walkdowns. In Reference 1, Entergy committed to perform walkdowns for equipment that could not be inspected during the initial inspection period as identified in the Seismic Walkdown Report and to submit an updated report as specified in the Seismic Walkdown Report.

The purpose of this letter is to submit, on the enclosed CD-ROM, the RBS Seismic Walkdown Report, Revision 1. This is a planned update to the Seismic Walkdown Report.

Changes and updates to the Seismic Walkdown Report are denoted using revision bars and a record of revision table at the beginning of the report. Potentially adverse seismic conditions identified in the report have been evaluated in the Corrective Action Program for operability concerns and no immediate operability concerns have been identified.
