Entergy-NRC Pilgrim Nuclear Relicensing ESA Consultation

Dear Mr. Morris,

Please accept the attached comments on your agency's ongoing Endangered Species Act consultation with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regarding the 11 ESA-listed threatened and endangered species, and Northern Right Whale critical habitat.

We understand that your agency plans to make a decision on the NRC Staff biological assessments by April 15, 2012. Other groups are also planning to submit information to NMFS for consideration within the next week and we request that you provide these groups the opportunity to submit information prior to your decision.

Please acknowledge receipt of these documents by reply to this email.

The remaining 6 documents will be sent to you in a separate email.

Please contact me if you have any questions.
