NMFS Consultation Letter-Pilgrim I just spoke with Mark Murray-Brown at NMFS. He said that the consultation letter is signed and they are just working out the nuances of transmitting it to NRC. He said that the letter is unusually long (11 pages) for an "informal consultation". He said that he would send me a copy after it transmitted to NRC. He said that he anticipates that he can send me a copy tomorrow morning.
