Update to EA12-021, "Seismic Walkdown Submittal Report" In Reference 3, the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) submitted EA12-021, "Seismic Walkdown Submittal Report" as required by Reference 2, Recommendation 2.3: "Seismic." Section 6.3 of EA12-021 identified eight (8) items on the seismic walkdown equipment list (SWEL) that were inaccessible during the walkdowns and thus OPPD committed to complete the walkdowns by March 31, 2013 and provide an updated report by June 30, 2013. OPPD performed the walkdowns as committed and the seismic walkdowns required by Reference 2, Recommendation 2.3: "Seismic" are now complete.In accordance with our commitment, Enclosure 1 contains the pages or attachments of EA12-021, which were revised to incorporate the eight previously inaccessible items. The enclosed pages and attachments supersede those provided in Revision 0 of EA12-021 (Reference 3).For your convenience, a list of the pages or attachments updated in EA12-021, Revision 1 is attached.

Conditions identified during the walkdowns were documented and entered into the corrective action program. The status of condition reports (EA12-021, Attachment 11.4) written as a result of the walkdowns is provided in Enclosure 2.If you should you have any questions, please contact Mr. Bill Hansher at (402) 533-6894.No new commitments are contained in this submittal.
