Dear Administrative Judges:
At approximately 11:53PM on July 1, 2013, the State filed a submission in response to the ASLBs June 12, 2013 order. The State received an EIE confirmation at the end of the uploading process (copy attached); however, the State has not yet received an email notification of the submission. Out of an abundance of caution, I am therefore submitting again the initial submission.
