dated March 29, 2013, Submittal of Decommissioning Funds Status Report for CY 2012 The Maritime Administration (MARAD) hereby submits Revision 1 of the CY 2012 Decommissioning Funds Status Report for the Nuclear Ship SA VANNAAH (NSS) as Enclosure 1. In Reference (a), MARAD committed to provide a revision to the report that provides details of the FY 2014 President's Budget Request that are relevant to the NSS, and discuss any potential 10 CFR 50.82(a)(7) impacts resulting from budget request.
