March 2013 letter from NRC to FWS re Sequoyah Nuclear Plant license renewal Hi Mary, I am emailing to follow up on a letter the NRC sent FWS on March 20, 2013 (click here to view the letter online) regarding the proposed license renewal of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant in Soddy-Daisy, TN. In that letter, we included (for FWS review and concurrence) a list of species that occur in Hamilton County and that could be affected by the proposed license renewal.

First, I want to make sure that you received a copy of this letter (you were CCed). Second, I wanted to see who I might be able to get in contact at the staff level in your office that would be responding to this letter. (The letter is addressed to Ms. Dohner, since the ESA regulations stipulate addressing section 7 correspondence to the Director, but I realize that it is usually someone in the field office that usually handles such requests.)
