Fort Calhoun Station Integrated Performance Improvement Plan, Revision 5 In accordance with commitment No. 5 described in Reference 3, enclosed is Revision 5 of the Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Integrated Performance Improvement Plan (IPIP).Revision 4 of the IPIP was submitted in November 2012 (Reference 2). Please note that Appendix B-2 of the Enclosure is the Security portion of the plan and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.390.To provide a basis for continuing the performance improvement momentum within a structured and predictable management system, which facilitates clear planning and monitoring of performance improvement initiatives, Revision 5 describes the plan for sustained improvement that OPPD will develop and submit under separate correspondence.

The attachment to this submittal further describes this new regulatory commitment.
