Draft RAI on RVI
- Roger, As mentioned during our telephone conference call on June 4, the staff has drafted an RAI relative to MRP 227-A, Action Item 1, in anticipation of the EPRI document that is currently scheduled to be issued at the end of June. We understand that Entergy will not be able to answer an RAI until the EPRI document has been issued and licensees have had a chance to review the document. However, we wanted to provide you with the draft RAI so that you can review it to see if any clarification is needed at this time. My hope is that in the absence of any needed clarification, we can issue the RAI to you formally shortly after the issuance of the EPRI document. Please note that we may need to adjust the RAI based on the issuance of the final EPRI document; however, should that be the case, I will notify you of the need to do so.
Please let me know if Entergy would like to have a teleconference call on this draft RAI.
