This plan became effective May 24, 2013. The changes that were made to the plan did not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The enclosed material contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
