NRC-2013-0063-DRAFT-0047 Comment on FR Doc # 2013-10792 13 Submitter Information Name: Nicole Crane Address: 403 Simpson Place Peekskill, NY, 10566 Y/7/22 3 General Comment As a citizen living with my family, my young son, in the immediate vicinity of Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant, I take issue with any safety exemptions granted Entergy. We deserve to live without the threat of nuclear disaster.

There is no valid escape plan. We only have the safety measures that are in place. The standards should be so incredibly high that you feel comfortable that you are under NO CIRCUMSTANCES condemning the millions of people in our area to death in the unlikely event of an accident.
