In Appendix B of the Braidwood License Renewal Environmental Report (ER), there are two documents embedded within one IEPA filing that seem to meet the description in your email below of documents that could be of concern for public release. No similarly marked documents are included in the Byron License Renewal (ER).
The two documents in Appendix B to the Braidwood ER are embedded within an application for a construction permit for installation of a river diffuser at Outfall 001 at Braidwood Station, IEPA NPDES Permit No. IL0048321. The application was filed with no confidentiality request. As such, these documents are available in the IEPA public record associated with approval for construction of the river diffuser, and Exelon Generation has waived its legal privilege and any copyright protections associated with the documents.
