General Comment It is extremely dangerous for Indian Point not to have insulation that does not last more than 25 min in a fire!
Entergy should be required to upgrade, not be exempt from the federal regulations that are there to protect the public!
If it is not obvious why, please hold a Public Hearing to explain the plan to grant them an exemption. We count on YOU to enforce safety standards, not enrich the companies.
