FitzPatrick - Assessment and Insights Outside of Scope The current FitzPatrick plant vent is not fully hardened such that a ground release could occur during a postulated severe accident. FitzPatrick responded to the NRC Order related to hardened plant vents. Focused senior management attention is warranted to ensure changes are made to fully harden this vent in accordance with the order.
