SUMMARY
OF PHONE CALL TO PEGGY NICKELL, TENNESSEE HISTORICAL COMMISSION On May 22, 2013, I contacted Ms. Peggy Nickell of the Tennessee Historical Commission to discuss the National Register of Historic Places eligibility of historic structure HS-2, also known as Igou Cemetary. Ms. Nickell confirmed that the cemetery was not eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Ms. Suzanne Hoyal, Site File Curator for the Site File Curator, Division of Archaeology within the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, previously provided site file cards with eligibility determinations for all other sites within the Sequoyah Nuclear Plants area of potential effect.
