SUMMARY
OF JUNE 4,2013, PUBLIC MEETING WITH TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TVA) REGARDING CONVERSION TO IMPROVED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 On June 4,2013, a Category 1 public meeting was held between Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and representatives of Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA or the licensee) at the request of the licensee. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the pre-submittal of the license amendment request regarding conversion to Improved Technical Specifications for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. The enclosure contains a list of attendees. The licensee's presentation slides may be accessed from the NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System, Accession No. ML13156A046.
No commitments or regulatory decisions were made by the NRC staff during the meeting.
Members of the public were not in attendance. Public Meeting Feedback forms were not received.
