RE: Kewaunee Correspondence - dispositioning flawed document Attachments: Kewaunee 2012-2013 50.59 and Commitment Change Summary.pdf This morning I delivered a paper copy of the attached item (your letter Serial No.13-326 (13-326)) to the DCD on your behalf and endorsed it as an original in place of the flawed, mailed document 13-326 currently enroute. DCD staff will monitor for removing and discarding the flawed document. As a backup, should you detect that 13-326 has apparently acquired a second ADAMS Accession Number, we will delete the flawed version from ADAMS.

Thank you for promptly bringing this to our attention and providing a correct copy.

and placed on the docket.

The mailed copy of this correspondence contained pagination errors in its attachment (the attachment only contains 5 pages, not the 9 pages that were stated), therefore we are electronically forwarding this corrected correspondence and would like the mailed copy of same subject and date, intercepted and discarded. Know that whether interception of the original correspondence does or does not occur, Kewaunee staff will be vigilant in reviewing the docket to determine if the initial letter becomes docketed - and if so - will contact the NRC to have it removed.
