In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.5 4 (p)(2),
NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NextEra), submits Revision 14 of the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) Security Plan. This revision of the Plan incorporates changes related to a barrier modification, as well as other minor changes as discussed in the referenced letter. NextEra has determined the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the DAEC Security Plan and therefore the changes have been made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
NOTE The Enclosures to this letter contain "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" and must be protected accordingly. Unauthorized disclosure could result in civil and/or criminal sanctions. Upon separation this page is "DECONTROLLED."
