CLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION (014-2012-013)
Dear Mr. Heflin:
This refers to an investigation conducted by the NRC's Office of Investigations regarding activities at the Callaway Plant. The Office of Investigations initiated the investigation to determine whether a contract electrician working at the Callaway Plant in Fulton, Missouri, was discriminated against by contract management for raising safety concerns.
Based on the evidence, this investigation did not substantiate the allegation that an electrician was discriminated by contract management for raising safety concerns. The NRC plans no further action related to the discrimination aspect of this allegation and considers this investigation closed.
