Dear Mr. Shea:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Michael McBrearty of your staff and me on April 2, 2013, concerning a closed meeting to be conducted, per your request, on May 22, 2013, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the inspection finding documented in our letter and Inspection Report 05000327/2013404 and 05000328/2013404, dated March 18, 2013.
The Meeting Announcement Notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The location of the meeting will be the Marquis One Tower, 245 Peachtree Center Avenue NE, Suite 1200, Atlanta, GA 30303-1257, Room 1440 on the 14th floor. The meeting will not be open for public observation because of the discussion of security related information.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390 of the U.S.
