The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a notice in the Federal Register on February 5, 2013 (78 FR 8050), informing the public that we accepted and docketed your petition for rulemaking (PRM), PRM-72-7, dated October 3, 2012. This notice also requested public comments on your PRM and the public comment period closed on April 22, 2013. The NRC received one comment on your PRM.
