VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT Enclosed is the Surry Power Station Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. The report, submitted pursuant to Surry Power Station Technical Specification 6.6.B.3, includes a summary of the quantities of radioactive liquid and gaseous effluents and solid waste released during the 2012 calendar year, as outlined in Regulatory Guide 1.21, Revision 1, June 1974.
