- Stacey, EVIB provided our input to the Safety Evaluation of the Vermont Yankee Core Plate Hold-Down Bolt Inspection and Analysis. EVIB also concurred on the final SE, for which EMCB had the lead. This was a first-of-a kind review of a plant-specific core plate hold-down bolt analysis submitted in fulfillment of a license renewal commitment, (Several BWR's made similar commitments). The SE was issued to the licensee on March 28, 2012.
