ES-301-2 for SROI: S5 is identified as P but not on the form for ROs and SROUs.
Fixed should have been P in S2 vice S5 4 JPM S2 was changed from Alt Path as discussed with the Lead Examiner 5
Changed In-Plant JPMs for the SROU to compensate for loss of S2 as an Alternate Path.

Comment Resolution 1 ES-301-5: Scenario 1 - There are two Event 7s (SRO and BOP)
Renumber HPSI pump failing to auto start as Event 8. Fixed 2
Scenario 1: Failure of one train of HPSI is not a Critical Task. (last event)
This is the only available train, HPSI A is tagged out initially. Discussed with B.
Larson.
3 Scenario 1: For Quantitative Attributes table - OP-902-002 procedure is the 1 substantive EOP (cant count SPTAs),
there are 0 contingency EOPs.
Fixed 4 Scenario 1: Consider adding ATC event Added Event 9 (Relay Failure)
Rev 0 OBDI 202 - ILE Process post major transient.
5 Scenario 2: There are two Event 5s Renumber MFIV event as Event 6 and CCW surge tank level switch event as Event 7.
Fixed 6 Scenario 2: Proper response to major transient is one Critical Task, not two.
Discussed with B. Larson. Sent new critical Task document to him.
7 Scenario 2: For Quantitative Attributes table - OP-902-004 procedure is the 1 substantive EOP, there are 0 contingency EOPs.
Fixed. Scenario 4 had the same problem.

8 Scenario 3: Need a different major transient since LOCA is Scenario 1.
Keep transition to Functional Recovery.
As agreed with Lead Examiner, changed event to a Large LOCA. Retained transition to OP-902-008.
9 Scenario 3: There are two Event 5s Renumber CS fails to auto actuate as Event 6, MSL break as Event 7. Fixed 10 Scenario 3: For Quantitative Attributes table - OP-902-002 procedure is the 1 substantive EOP.
Fixed 11 Update ES-301-5 and recalculate Totals for each applicant type (lots of errors on Rev 0)
