For good cause shown, the joint motion of all parties regarding the timing of summary disposition motions is granted.1 NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC may submit its motions for summary disposition of Contentions 4B and 4D on May 10, 2013, and the twenty-day period in which answers may be submitted pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 1205(b) shall run from the date of that submittal.
