On April 22, 2013, the NRC Staff (Staff) filed an unopposed motion for leave to file an additional exhibit, and revisions to its testimony and its proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law for Contention NYS-5. Specifically, the Staff requests leave to file exhibit NRC000167, a revision to its prefiled testimony (Ex. NRCR20016), and revised proposed findings of facts and conclusions of law regarding Contention NYS-5. 1 Good cause having been shown,2 the Staffs motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, 1
