Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Unit 3 Core Operating Limits Report for Cycle 16 Operation In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification (TS) 5.6.5.d, Tennessee Valley Authority is submitting the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN), Unit 3, Cycle 16, Core Operating Limits Report (COLR), Revision 2. Revision 0 of the BFN, Unit 3, Cycle 16, COLR was previously issued which contained the Shutdown Margin criteria in support of fuel loading for Cycle 16 (Mode 5 operation). Revision 1 to the BFN, Unit 3, Cycle 16, COLR included all modes of operation (Modes 1 through 5). The BFN, Unit 3, Cycle 16, COLR reference to the AREVA Loss of Coolant Accident methodology has been revised to reflect the changes made to TS 5.6.5.b as part of TS license Amendment Number 268.
Additionally, the BFN, Unit 3, Cycle 16, COLR includes the oscillation power range monitor setpoint limits which were approved by Amendment Number 268.
