- NON EMERGENCY "On March 18, 2013, one live juvenile green sea turtle was retrieved from the plan's intake canal and taken to a rehabilitation facility.
The turtle's condition was non-causal to plant operatlon.
"Per the plant's turtle permit, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC) was notified at 0931 EDT. This non¬ emergency notification is being made pursuant to 10CFR50.72(b)(2)(xi) due to the notification of the FWCC."
Notified the R2DO (O'Donohue) and the Endangered Species Group via e-mail.
