.Topic 1 DescrIption Fermi 2 Qualtiy Assurance (QA) audited the Fitness tor Duty (FF0) program from May 7th through May Program and System Management 25th of 2012. The audit Is documented in Fermi 2 Audit Report 12-0107. The Fitness for Duty program was assessed as "adequate" for the period audIted. 3 program deficiencies mere Identified related to the Fermi 2 FFD program. The deficiencies mere documented in Corrective Action Program (CAP) documents CARD 12-24755 "Recipients of Access Denial Notification Have Been Incorrectly Informed to Direct their Appeal to the Director - Nuclear Assessment in Several Instances", CARD 12-24872 "FF0 Program lacks requirement / guidance for verifying that specimen retests are forwarded to the alternate HHS laboratory as required by 10 CFR 26" and CARD 12-24873 "Three individual documentation errors identified during review of Background Investigation and FF0 records". Additionally, 4 recommendations mere Identified related to the FF0 program The recommendations mere documented in CAP documents 12-24762, 12-24764, 12-24846 and 12-24876. All Corrective Action Program actions and documents cited in this Topic have been completed and are closed.
