JPM 1b Figure 14.1, how do we maintain exam security for subsequent applicants?

RO Admin 4 1. This JPM will not actually start transmitting ERDS Using PPC will not cause ERDS to initiate. Using data, will it? internet will activate ERDS. Use PPC, not internet or backup method!

2. Need to include more administrative aspects of this Added having applicant initial SRO procedure, and JPM! perform step w/o guidance from examiner.
3. What does backup mean? Backup - Done over internet normally, but using the plant process computer is considered Backup.

JPM b. Appears to qualify for Alternate Path! Not considered alternate path since procedures not written in RNO format.

JPM c. Steps 2.1b & 2.2b: Why are these steps critical? Done to prevent opening PORV. This condition has historically happened previously.

JPM e 1. If the task was to cooldown the plant, why doesnt CV-511 is already open when JPM starts.

the JPM end with CV-0511 throttled open?

2. In Alternate path, applicant should make decision Applicant will make decision on what must be done after MSIVs go closed. during beginning of alternate path in lieu of examiner telling applicant what to do. There are only 2 choices!

JPM k Need to add note for evaluator to have examinee show Done. In plant JPM k will include step to have evaluator where you would test ADVs in Aux building applicant show examiner where C-33 panel is located.

since JPM I will be done in simulator.

Other How much time will it take if we had 3 examiners doing No time gained since simulator will be bottle neck!

JPMs the second week. Will only need 2 examiners for second week.

Scenario 1 No comments Event 4: Add .. ~30% on POI5301 to 1st BOP bullet pg 8 of 20 for throttling P-39A valve.

Swap Events 4 & 5 for better time management during scenario. This will also remove panel alarm for Event 5. Operators must check PDIL on plant process computer.

Scenario 2 No comments ES-D-1 cover sheet: Event 3 is SRO(T) only. No credit given to BOP or RO applicants. Just a SRO TS call!

Add, Open bypass valve to >55%. to RO actions block 4 of 22.

Actions on Pg 11 of 22 are BOP actions, not RO actions.

Delete critical task on sheet 13 of 22 for tripping the reactor.
