TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TVA) - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) FOR COVERAGE UNDER THE CONSTRUCTION STORM WATER GENERAL PERMIT-ALPINE VILLAGE DEMOLITION PROJECT Enclosed are an NOI and a site map for coverage under the general permit for storm water discharges associated with construction activity. This NOI is being submitted to support demolition of the Alpine Village Building located on the northwesterly corner of the SQN reservation. Also enclosed are the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and a check for $250.00 to cover processing.
