Dear Mr. Vitale:
This letter confirms plans as discussed between members of our staffs to meet and discuss the results of the 2012 end-of-cycle assessment. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. (EDT), at Beach Haven Event Center, 10420 M-140, South Haven, Michigan, 49090. This meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
