- June 30, 2012 Annual Report. On February 7, 2013, it was brought to our attention that Table V.14, Annual Summary of Radioactive Material Shipments OriginatingFrom the TRIGA Reactor Facility'sLicense R-106, had an error on the second row. Please replace that table with the attached correct table.
