Correction to the OSTR July 1, 2011-June 30, 2012 Annual Report The purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission of an error in the OSTR July 1, 2011
- June 30, 2012 Annual Report. On February 7, 2013, it was brought to our attention that Table V.14, Annual Summary of Radioactive Material Shipments Originating From the TRIGA Reactor Facility's License R-106, had an error on the second row. Please replace that table with the attached correct table.
If there are any questions regarding the information submitted, please let me know.
