On February 5, 2013, NextEra Energy Seabrook submitted the referenced letter pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix H, III.C.3 requesting Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review and approval of a revision to the surveillance capsule removal schedule for Seabrook Station Unit 1.

The cited reference of 10 CFR 50, Appendix H, III.C.3 is incorrect. NextEra Energy Seabrook requests the review pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix H, III.B.3.
