We further claim election of the subsequent conversion of this facility to non-fissile non-fossil-fuel energy-generation, if such conversion is structurally-possible, and, without use of the private credit (debt-as-money system) of the Federal Reserve Bankers et al. The facts founding our election, declaration of trust and terms follow hereon (1-9):
