VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-288/2012-201)
Dear Dr. Krahenbuhl:
Thank you for your response of January 30, 2013, to our Notice of Violation issued on
January 2, 2013, concerning activities conducted at your TRIGA Mark-I Reed Research Reactor
facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of Title 10 of
the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your
correctives action during a future inspection.
