(in sum, Dominion) submits the enclosed evacuation time estimate (ETE) studies for Surry, North Anna, Millstone and Kewaunee Power Stations.
The ETE studies are enclosed on a compact disk (CD) which was formatted consistent with "Guidance for Electronic Submissions to the NRC", Revision 5, dated June 25, 2009.
