DECOMMISSIONING FUNDING PLAN FOR THE INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION January 18, 2013 Docket Nos. 50-387 and 50-388 Allegheny Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Allegheny) submitted a Decommissioning Funding Plan for Allegheny's 10 percent proportionate share of the SSES Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) dated December 17, 2012. It recently came to our attention that on one page of that report, we erroneously included a footer stating the following:
"SECURITY RELATED INFORMATION -WITHHOLD UNDER 10 CFR 2.390".
This statement was included on the cover page for Enclose 2 in that cover page's footer and was not necessary or intended to be included in the final version of the filing. The following enclosure is an amended report with no changes other than the addition of the word "amended" and the removal of the aforementioned unintended footer.
