Millstone 3 - Emergency TS Amendment FYI.
DORL and tech staff from the Balance of Plants Branch had a phone call with Bill Bartron and Millstone is planning to submit emergency TS amendments for both Units 2 and 3 on August 20, and August 21. 2012 respectively to raise UHS temperature limit by 2 degrees from 750F to 770F.
