Dear Mr. Schiffley:
Effective January 27, 2013, Mr. Anthony J. Mendiola assumed the responsibilities as the Division of Policy and Rulemaking, Licensing Processes Branch Chief for the BWROG.
Mr. Mendiola may be reached by telephone at (301) 415-1054 or electronic mail at Anthony.Mendiola@nrc.gov. Mr. Mendiolas NRC mail stop is O-12D20.
To ensure that all documents are properly captured and profiled in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System, we request that all documents submitted to the NRC be addressed as follows:
Document Control Desk U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555-0001 In addition, all documents submitted to the Document Control Desk (DCD) should also be copied to the assigned NRC Project Manager (PM). This will ensure all submitted documents are received by the assigned PM, and that the NRC staff will receive the submitted documents in a timely fashion. It is also suggested that documents submitted to the DCD be sent to the assigned PM by e-mail.
