License Nos.12-761 RO 50-336 50-423 DPR-65 NPF-49 In letters dated June 30, 1997, and October 16, 1998, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) documented compliance with ANSI/ANS 3.5-1985, Nuclear Plant Simulators for Use in Operator Training and Examination, for the simulators at Millstone Power Station Units 2 and 3 (MPS2 and MPS3).
Subsequently, by letter dated November 3, 2000 (Serial No. B18256), NNECO advised the NRC that the use of this standard was changed to comply with the 1998 version for both MPS2 and MPS3. The purpose of this letter is to advise the NRC that Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc.
(DNC) is revising its use of this standard to comply with the 2009 edition of ANSI/ANS 3.5 for both MPS2 and MPS3 simulators.
