REPORT 05000285/2012005
Dear Mr. Cortopassi:
Thank you for your letter, dated December 13, 2012, in which you responded to our
November 13, 2012, Integrated Inspection Report 05000285/2012005 and Notice of Violation.
The violation involved the failure to update your Updated Safety Analysis Report concerning
your steam generator storage facility. We will review the implementation of your corrective
actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will
be maintained.
