It is in preparations for formal issuance.
If a second call is desired, lets discuss what the need really is when Roger gets back Tuesday (we are off on Monday and Im working from home today, so dont have all the resources and notes that are at my desk).

IPEC requests a call to discuss RAI 15a resolution Hi John, This is a follow up to the voice message I left for you this morning. With regard to RAI 15a, we would like to discuss with the NRC our approach for resolution. We want to be sure that we are fully addressing the NRC concerns.
