January 11, 2013 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN:
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY (Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2)
DOCKET NOS. 50-275-LR & 50-323-LR This notice is issued to inform the parties that Chairman Allison M. Macfarlane will tour Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 on January 15, 2013. The purpose of the Chairmans visit is to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Chairman will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding related to the site.
