Retirement of Facility Director To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to serve as notification that the individual that was serving as the Director of the Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center (R1NSC) retired effective 22 December 2012.

In accordance with section 6.2.4 of the facility Technical Specifications, Mr. Michael J.

Davis has been appointed to handle the functions of the position until a suitable replacement can be found.
