Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) Initial Scheduling Order dated April 4, 2011 (as amended Orders dated August 23, 2011 and October 3, 2011), and the Boards Memorandum and Order (Granting Joint Motion Regarding Mandatory Disclosures) (Order), dated November 10, 2011, Friends of the Coast and New England Coalition (Friends/NEC) is providing the Affidavit of Raymond Shadis, certifying that all relevant materials have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete as to documents identified by December 15, 2012.
This disclosure was due yesterday, January 2, 2013; the first Thursday of the month per the aforesaid orders but was inadvertently omitted from yesterdays Friends/NEC electronic correspondence. Friends/NEC has no new documents to disclose and regrets any inconvenience or concern caused by this one day delay in disclosure of that fact.
