ME6555, ME6556)", dated December 20,2012 In the Reference 3 letter, the NRC staff provided a revised License Condition after consideration of Exelon's comments provided in the Reference 1 and 2 letters. The staff requested that Exelon review the changes to the proposed License Condition and provide any comments by January 3, 2013.
Our review identified that Commitment number 9 should be removed from the License Condition listing of commitments as it would prohibit the option of performing the inspections five years after entering the Period of Extended Operation. We also noted that Commitment number 38 was missing from the list.
Exelon provides the following mark-up of the proposed License Condition with deletions shown in strikethrough text and insertions shown in bolded italics:

Nuclear Regulatory Commission January 3, 2013 Page 2 The licensee's UFSAR supplement submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 54.21 (d), as revised during the license renewal application review process, describes certain future programs to be implemented and inspection and testing activities to be completed prior to the period of extended operation.
Exelon shall implement the new programs and enhancements to existing programs no later than
[6 month date prior to PEO Month Day, Year].
Exelon shall complete those one time and initial inspection activities and testing activities, which are to be completed prior to the period of extended operation and to the extent as delineated in Commitment Nos. Q,18,19,20,22,23,24,28,29,30,38,39,40,41,42,43, and 47 in the licensee's UFSAR supplement Appendix A to the license renewal Application, as supplemented, by [6 month date prior to PEO Month Day, Year] or by no later than the end of the last refueling outage prior to the period of extended operation, unless required earlier to meet the commitment whichever occurs later.
Exelon shall notify the NRC in writing when implementation of the programs, is complete,and include the status of the inspection and testing activities to be completed before the period of extended operation.
There are no new or revised regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
