Pursuant to Part 50, Appendix E of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) hereby submits the "Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Development of Evacuation Time Estimates (ETE)." The WCGS ETE report was completed as required by Section IVof Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50.
Appendix N, "ETE Criteria Checklist," of the WCGS ETE report contains a table that identifies where the evaluation criteria from Appendix B of NUREG/CR-7002 are met in the enclosed report.
