Given, the flexibility of the tank shell and pipe supports, the potential 1/16" differential motion is judged not to be a seismic concern.

There is a 1/2" gap between the transformer and Bus. Gap is spanned by large duct box, box looks to be in good contact with both Bus and transformer therefore judged to be seismically acceptable.
Cabinet is inaccessible for internal inspection.
