Dear Mr. Nazar:
This letter is to inform you that effective December 16, 2012, Mr. Jessie F. Quichocho was assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-2, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Mr. Quichocho assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus regarding St. Lucie, Units 1 and 2, and Turkey Point, Units 3 and 4.
